  • Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or public holidays.

  • During high-demand periods, processing times may be slightly longer.

    Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
     

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates


Shipping charges are calculated at checkout based on your location, quantity and selected shipping method.

Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, customs processing, weather conditions, or other unforeseen circumstances.
 

3. Domestic Shipping


We currently ship to customers within United Kingdom.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate and complete before placing your order.
 

4. International Shipping


Unfortunately, we do not offer international shipping.

5. Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email.
 

Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking updates to appear.
 

6. Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages


We are not liable for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered by the shipping carrier.

7. Incorrect Shipping Information


Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

If an incorrect address is provided and the package is returned to us:

  • Additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.

  • We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly entered addresses.
     

8. Damaged Items


If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:

  • Your order number

  • Photos of the damaged item and packaging

We will review the issue and arrange a replacement or refund if applicable.
